Breakage in transport

Breakage in transport: Even though I packed the product well before sending it, it sometimes happens that something breaks. (it is not the fault of either the buyer or the seller – it is probably the fault of the delivery, but they hardly accept the blame -:). Since these are unique products, it is difficult to send an adequate replacement. The only thing I can do is compensate you for 20% of the full price, because you and I both lose money here – please remember that! My profit is NOT breaking something I made for a long time with love
